• Returns are accepted only in case of:

  • Wrong product delivered 

• Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.

• An unboxing video is mandatory for proof.

Non-Returnable Conditions:

• Change of mind is not applicable.

• Slight color or design variation is not considered a defect.

• Used or worn products will not be accepted.

Refund Process:

• Once the return is approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method or bank account.
